METHOD
learning experience lab is a laboratory for learning experiences — created for and with curious minds. We work in formats that ask people to contribute, not only to attend.
Hands-on sessions where participants build or test something together.
Structured group work on a shared question, in mixed-experience groups.
Practitioners in conversation about problems they have not yet solved.
Short talks from people doing the work, followed by open discussion.
Play, challenges and storytelling used to turn learning into exploration.
Sustained one-to-one guidance over months rather than a single evening.

Event series ⋅ Four editions ⋅ 20–28 participants each ⋅ Station, Frederiksberg
An evening series bringing designers and technologists together around the practical consequences of AI for design work — what it changes in a working process, and what it does not.
Four editions have run to date, each gathering between 20 and 28 participants. The fifth edition takes place in autumn 2026.
Event series ⋅ Close to 30 participants ⋅ Station, Frederiksberg
A companion series on how people actually learn with AI — and on what still requires other people. It is deliberately not a course, a bootcamp or a certificate programme: participants arrive from different fields and work through the same questions as a group.
Developers, designers, marketers and students in one room, learning in the space between AI and the people around them.
Mentorship programme · With InnoPath · Pilot from September 2026 · Online · six months
InnoPath is a professional mentoring programme run in collaboration with InnoLink, an Eastern European social enterprise. It is free for participants, runs online across roughly six months, and asks each mentor for a minimum of two one-hour sessions per mentee.
The two organisations bring one side of the pairing each:
lxl — practitioners from the Copenhagen and Nordic network.
InnoLink — early-career participants recruited in Eastern Europe.
For the mentees this means access to international experience they would not otherwise reach; for our practitioners, mentoring across a context different from their own. The collaboration begins as a pilot in September 2026.
